What else can you do, on a regular basis, to help your child’s fascial system?
You can implement WeFlow’s Ideas to Play.
They are simple tricks we show parents so they seize any opportunity they can find to stimulate their child’s fascia.
Remember the main idea of this therapy: we want to move the fluids inside the body to feed the tissues with nutrients and to mechanically stimulate the fascial system.
Earlier this year, we had a whole hour during a Facebook live where we explored this concept, this is a clip from that session.
You can watch the whole video here.
We are sharing the most popular ones here:
1) Use sponges to fill up the gaps between your child’s body and the chair or stroller.
2) Place a deflated ball under your child’s feet. That will invite some micro-movements along the feet.
3) Use floaties around the elbows and knees to help relax tight muscles and improve stability.
